What is life coaching? Life coaching is the process of addressing specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
I have been receiving life coaching since last summer and it has helped me tremendously. The company offers coaching in the areas of health/wellness, finances/money, work/career, relationships, and spirituality. YOU choose the area you wish to work.
